When we work with third parties, including to process your philanthropic investments, we require such third parties to take steps to ensure that the information will be kept secure and confidential and disclosed only to employees who require such access in the course of their assigned duties.

Accessing, Correcting or Deleting your Information
You can send us an email at info@arrowglobalcapital.org to request access to, correct, update or delete any personal information that you have provided to us (although some deleted information may persist on backup media).  We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law, regulation, legal requirement or applicable policy or cause the information to be incorrect.

California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of the Site that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Amendments to this Privacy Policy
